Suitable for all levels, this guided meditation will leave you feeling grounded and balanced.

18:30 MANDALA VINYASA

105min

In this fun, dynamic practice you can expect to move 360 degrees around your mat. Dynamic flow of poses and inversions to the rhythm of the breath. The class begins and closes with yin yoga postures.

MONDAY's

Suitable for all levels, this guided meditation will leave you feeling grounded and balanced.

11:30 YIN YOGA

105min

Suitable for all levels, Yin is a quiet, slow practice focused on passive stretching to release tension throughout the body. 

18:30 ROCKET INTERMEDIATE

Energetic and invigorating. Linking movement with breath, this quick and dynamic vinyasa flow practice, is open to students that have experience in foundation postures.

Suitable for all levels, Yin is a quiet, slow practice focused on passive stretching to release tension throughout the body. Dragon Dance is inspired by Martial Arts, Qi Gong and Yoga. Slow deep movements.
