This is a beautiful Retreat suitable for anyone looking to begin or deepen their practice.

I specifically chose a beautiful, isolated location in the Indian Jungle, close to the sea, peaceful, simple  and close to nature. On this retreat, you will connect back to the basic wisdom of being - being in your body, learning your own sequences and withdrawing your senses. The focus on being will allow you to expand - expand a home practice, expand your concepts of a sitting practice, making soul transactions. The Heart of Yoga is honoured in this week with the teachings of Samkhya philosophy, reading the Bhagavad Gita, and the 8 Limbs of Yoga, all forming part of the tools we receive in Yoga, and the Asana being one of the instruments for igniting our self-actualisation.

We will explore what it truly means to have a connection in all three bodies - mind, body and soul. This awareness threads a Yoga week, planned around you making sense of your own unique relationship with your practice and three bodies. Rooting foundations, and deeper awareness, on being in your flow and the nature of accepting the present. The  new year being an uplifting reminder to strengthen, re-access, nurture and support the daily action and non action with a practice authentic to you.

On a personal note to you, the nature of life is to action skilful decisions that contribute daily to our wellbeing, and that of others. This requires full acceptance and knowledge on the parts necessary to remain still, silent and open. This is the way in which we resonate with the flow, the path of least resistance. It also threads our soul resolving impressions, memories and old habits, being more skilful in the fullness of being present with the way things truly are.

Inner awareness and stamina that observes the challenges and obstacles, knows of the gifts, and the love, that aids a process of self realised wisdom in Yoga, and you are Yoga.


The retreat takes place in Goa, a 5 minute walk from Mandrem Beach. The cottages are clean and simple, and our resort is private, overlooking the river.  We have a dedicated space for our daily yoga practice.


Our breakfast, lunches and dinners, made by the chef and team, are authentic Indian cuisine using local organic seasonal produce of the highest quality. All meals are vegetarian.



  • 5am 2hr Mysore Self Practice - learn like it’s in Mysore

  • 7.30am 30min Meditation Practice

  • 8am 2hr Dynamic Vinyasa flow, combination of Rocket, Ashtanga, Mandala & Tripsichore

  • Wonderful Satvic meals freshly prepared by our Hosts. Breakfast, Lunch & Dinners are all included.

  • 3 Workshops: Time to plan & contemplate personal goals, asana and sitting rituals.

  • Comfortable en-suite accommodation in a beautiful jungle resort five minutes from the beach


  • Flights to Goa.

  • Travel insurance- please organise your own personal travel insurance. NB – It is a condition of this trip that each person has personal travel insurance.
